- Can I mix sizes and colours in one style?
- Unfortunately all our styles come pre mixed in ratio packs and we can not split these packs.
- Is V.A.T included in the price?
- V.A.T is not included in the prices and it will be added at the current rate. (Children’s and babies are exempt)
- Does the price include carriage?
- Carriage where appropriate will be added automatically to your order.
- For Mainland Britain orders over £300 are carriage free. For orders between £200 & £299.99 carriage is 5% of the order value.
- For Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands and Southern Ireland orders over £400 are carriage free. For orders between £200 & £299.99 carriage is 15% of the order value. For orders between £300 & £399.99 carriage is 10% of the order value.
- For other EC Countries carriage varies between 12% and 30% of the order value based on destination/order value. For orders over £2000 please contact us.
- For Non EC countries carriage is quoted on an individual order basis.
- Can I use the pictures on your website?
- Please contact us for permission to use our photos.
- Does the product come with your own brand label?
- Most products come with our own brand labels and we can not change these labels.
- What is your returns policy?
- We do not operate a sale or return policy. If the goods are damaged or not up to our standards we will accept the return. The seller must be informed in writing of any discrepancy or damage within 5 days of receipt of goods. Goods may not be returned to the seller for any reason whatsoever without the seller’s prior agreement.
- Will the colours be the same as on the website?
- Every effort has been made to display our products so that the colours are a true representation however due to the limitations of colour reproduction and the individual settings of your monitor there may be slight variations. Some items made from natural products like leather and straw may have slight variations in colour and shade.
