Free delivery on all orders (minimum order of £500). At busy periods it could take longer to dispatch your order.
*Delivery to Ireland, Isle of Man & remote addresses can take longer.
If you can't checkout to your country - please press the ‘SAVE & PAY LATER’ button on the cart page and email us and we will contact you with a shipping quote so you can pay all together.

WHOLESALE RETURNS INFO
If goods are damaged or do not meet our standards we will accept a return. Please contact our customer service team with any discrepancy or damage within 5 days of receipt of goods. Goods may only be returned to us with prior agreement and if faulty. Any non-fault goods returns must be discussed with us in full before returning and the buyer must cover the expense of such returns. Please email customerservice@continentaltextiles.co.uk stating your order number.

RETURNS INFO FOR CUSTOMERS FROM ONE OF OUR STOCKISTS - ASOS / JOHN LEWIS / DEBENHAMS:
If you’ve bought items from one of our brands South Beach or Loungeable from one of our stockists and would like to return please check the stockists return policy first. If the goods were bought within the return window - please see below how to return (if they are over the time the stockist may not refund you and we may not be able to send the goods back to you):
UK Returns
- Once approved, you can go to: www.yodel.co.uk/returns/continental-textiles and you will be able to download a digital barcode for your return.
- Please keep your tracking number on your receipt until your refund has been received & refunded. We can’t track parcels from the barcode.
- Please allow up to 14 working days for processing once your return reaches us.
- Please make sure ONLY our goods are included in the parcel (not other stockists items) as it’s a different warehouse and we can not guarentee we can return items sent to us in error.
- Refunds may take 5–7 working days to appear in your account after processing. The stockists process all refunds - we only advise them when it’s been received back in good condition.
Please allow 14 working days from when your return has reached our warehouse before you contact us to chase for the refund. If it’s been over that time and you can see it’s been delivered on the tracking please email customerservice@continentaltextiles.co.uk with your order number or contact the stockist to chase for a refund.
