WHOLESALE ORDER HELP

How can I track my Wholesale order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with details. If you have any issues, please contact us with your name and order number via our email: customerservice@continentaltextiles.co.uk
What do I do if I don't receive my Wholesale order?

If you believe that your order is lost or you feel that the delivery is delayed beyond our estimated shipping time, please contact us by email quoting your order number: Customerservice@continentaltextiles.co.uk

What do i do if my Wholesale order is faulty?

If you believe that any item received is faulty or damaged, please contact us via immediately on receipt of the goods on email Customerservice@continentaltextiles.co.uk .

Please do this as soon as possible, quoting your name and order number before returning goods.

We will advise on what to do / how to return the goods. Once returned, our team will inspect the items and if deemed faulty, we will refund or exchange you in full.

I haven't received an order confirmation for my Wholesale order

If you haven't received an Order Confirmation within a few hours of placing your order - please check your JUNK folder on the email address you supplied. If it's still not been found - please contact us with your name, order number (if you have this) and correct email and we will resend your confirmation -Customerservice@continentaltextiles.co.uk

WHOLESALE ORDER PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay for your Continental Textiles order via all major credit or debit cards. Alternatively, we accept PayPal and Google Pay. If you have an account with us - you can also checkout clicking 'save for later' and we will call to arrange the details. All transactions are encrypted.

Do you offer discounts off wholesale orders

As we are a wholesale company all our prices are based on bulk buying so are as low as we can offer - so unfortunately we do not offer any further discounts. We do sometimes have sale items - allowing your margin to increase but they go quick!

WHOLESALE DELIVERY

How much is wholesale delivery to the Mainland UK?

We offer delivery free to the UK Mainland for all orders over £500.

If your order is under that we charge a fee of £20 for the UK Mainland.

Please note we have a minimum order of £400 + VAT.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM

If you’ve bought items from one of our brands South Beach, Loungeable or Finding Friday from one of our stockists and would like to return please check the stockists return policy first. If the goods were bought within the return window - please see below how to return (if they are over the time the stockist may not refund you and we may not be able to send the goods back to you):

UK Returns
  • Once approved, you can go to:  https://www.yodel.co.uk/returns/continental-textiles and you will receive a link to our returns portal to download a digital barcode for your return.
  • Please keep your tracking number on receipt until your refund has been received & refunded. We can’t track parcels from the barcode.
  • Please allow up to 14 working days for processing once your return reaches us.
  • Please make sure ONLY our goods are included in the parcel (not other stockists items) as it’s a different warehouse and we can not guarentee we can return items sent to us in error.
  • Refunds may take 5–7 working days to appear in your account after processing. As the stockist processes all refunds - we advise when it’s been received back in good condition.

Please allow 14 working days from when your return has reached our warehouse before you contact us to chase for the refund. If it’s been over that time please email customerservice@continentaltextiles.co.uk stating your order number.

If it’s been over that time please email customerservice@continentaltextiles.co.uk stating your order number or chase the stockist to confirm the refund has been processed.

I’VE SENT A WRONG ITEM BACK

If you send a non south beach / Loungeable or Finding Friday item back to us - please email customerservice@continentaltextiles.co.uk with your order number - we will try and do our very best to help get the item back to you - however as you can imagine our warehouse processes thousands of parcels a day and we can not guarentee we will be able to find that parcel.

Any goods received that aren’t ours - are sent to charity unless we can match the customer.
